as a communication concept I develop for r211 a visual for the project that was used in both print and digital communication. clients and friends of the agency were able to ‘sow’ digital flower seeds on an interactive website using a qr code on the new year's mail. this was used to count participation and activate the donation for nabu. the campaign was very well received by the customers - a sign of sustainable customer loyalty.
